7/8 Upgrade
I need a new sport to keep myself busy with. I was just reading an article about how gym training is nothing compared to high-intensive training where you use several muscles during one excersize, instead of sitting still and pumping your biceps brachi. And it makes a lot of sence to be honest, when I did gymnastics I was training all my muscles. Even the smallest ones. So yeah, I need a sport where I can target more muscle groups at once and then combine it with regular gym training.Till I find my new sport, I'll do hardcore training with high pulse on the gym. No resting, it's for puss*es :)
